Swiss Design Booklet

For our MGRAPH1 (Introduction to Graphic Design) final project, we were tasked to create an informative booklet on either one of several art movements discussed in class, or a notable artist who had a great influence on one of those art movements. I personally liked Swiss Design, or International Typographic Style, the most out of all of them, so I chose it as the topic for my booklet content.
My mood board for the overall aesthetic of the booklet.
I stuck to the common colours I found on many Swiss Design references, which were teal, red, off-white, and black.
I chose not to use the typefaces I placed in the mood board. Instead, I stuck to Avenir and used different weights and font sizes to show text hierarchy and balance.
